Our flat shipping fees are:
Europe: 13 EUR/order
Outside Europe - priority registered mail :
10 EUR for an order up to 10 EUR
20 EUR for an order up to 200 EUR
25 EUR for an order above 200 EUR
No shipping fees for electronic delivery ("Models by E-Mail").

Products are shipped by airmail within 72 hours. Depending on your location and on the postal service of your country, they are usually delivered within 5 to 10 working days. Terms may vary in case of shipping difficulties, stockoutage or during holidays, in such a case you would be notified by e-mail.

All our products are usually in stock. If an ordered product happened to be out of stock, we would send an e-mail to find an arrangement.

Payment is possible by PayPal or by card in secure mode, upon satisfaction of all necessary verifications by our bank. We never have access to your card info, which is sent directly to our bank (Societe Generale). Payment is also possible by Moneybookers.
